Set chi2max for the bjets as required

Mark Sutton requested to merge sutt/athena:chiduff into 23.0

Chi2max for the bjets was reverted but, was this reversion was not propogated in the transition to CA type flags.

Will change the trigger counts for the bjets.

** we should wait for a decision from the b-jet convenors before this is merged **
