Remove the AlpGen-specific debug output

Andrii Verbytskyi requested to merge averbyts/athena:no_alpgen_debug into 23.0

Remove the AlpGen-specific debug output that is hard to interpret for other generators. The output would also involve the undesirable HepMC::barcode_to_ function.
