Recompute FTAG algorithms inputs to match 21.9 trainings

Following evolution of track summary variables for hit counting in innermost pixel layers in 23.0, recompute inputs for FTAG algorithms with convention from 21.9 to be able to use 21.9 trainings. Also add support for track input variable remapping.
