Following discussions between Tracking and FTAG CP about upcoming EDM change with ACTS for upgrade, remove transient use of Trk::Track in TrkVkalVrtFitter, in favour of Trk::Perigee.
Checked to leave AOD and DAOD_PHYSVAL output unchanged for Run 3 configuration.
