Fix in detector name convention in output, cluster size cut for strip charge plots and reorganization of LB plots
Detector name convention changed from sTgc to STG in the output file.
Cluster size cut greater than 3 applied to strip cluster charge plots, which remove the noise pedestal.
LB plots are constructed for each layer and quad.
Removal of m_dosTgcESD and m_dosTgcOverview booleans.
