Updating dcube xml config file for muon FTF ART test

Elliot Watton requested to merge ewatton/athena:ewatton-dcubeForMuonFTF into master

Changing to use the same dcube file as done for the standard offline run 4 single muon ART test (test_run4_mu100_reco.sh). Reflecting this, the same category of plots are generated from the IDPVM step. This merge request targets master as this only affects the run 4 test.
