Clean up track scoring tools

Following !34774 (merged), the TrackSummaryTool and the suppressHoleSearch parameter are not relevant any more for the InDet track scoring tools, so those are removed with this MR. The MuonTrackScoringTool still exploits the TrackSummaryTool, I suspect for standalone muons, so the tool is kept in that case but the suppressHoleSearch parameter can be removed there as well.

Run 3 and Run 4 outputs have been checked to be unaffected as expected.
