Updated ITkTruthClusterizationFactory config (see ATLITKSW-216)
Due to the evolution of the truth content between 21.9 and master, the check developed to select hard-scatter particles in the TruthClusterizationFactory is not applicable any more. As a temporary fix, the configuration is updated with usePUHits to bypass this check. See ATLITKSW-216 for details.
