ATR-23602: Add LUCID monitored items and clean up ALFA_Diff_Phys

  • By request of @amarzin, added LUCID L1 items to HI menu and CTP monitoring
  • FYI @ladamczy, there were some stray items in the ALFA_Diff_Phys multiseed that we have not defined. I cut this back to the four specific items that are wanted according to JIRA. Please shout if any of the removed ones are important.
