TrfTestsART: Change tests to CA and use flags.DQ.Steering.doHLTMon=False

This is a follow-up to MR !62375 (merged).

Change a few remaining failing TrfTestsART package ART tests to CA configuration and use flags.DQ.Steering.doHLTMon=False as in the previous tests, since HLT DQ monitoring might not work properly in MT for Run2 data.
