Bug fix such that thinning does not run in reco from ESD workflows.

Fixes ATLASRECTS-7591. Remove some not needed renaming of containers, which we rebuild from ESD. Also update default pflow reco example to use 8 threads. Should not change content of AOD in RAWtoALL.
