Clean up of InDet SecVxFinder tools
Cleaning up some unnecessary properties of the AMVF Secondary Vertex tool. Includes also a bug fix since the SecVtxTrackSelector was not used, unlike the IVF version. Not run in Reconstruction or Derivation so no output change expected for those.
Also includes a minor clean up of the IVF tool, for consistency.
