Purpose

Updating HLT antiKt4 pflow jet calibration:

• Making 'TrigR22Prerec' (MC20 Prerec) calibration default default key

Validation JIRAs:

• MC : ATR-27168
• data : ATR-27351

Affects

• Small one word change in configurations, big change in trigger counts.
• Since calibration decreases HLT jet response by roughly 6%, expect trigger counts to decrease.
