Fix typo in test_MC20a_ATLFAST3F_G4MS_pileup_ttbar_CAvsCG ART job

Command-line option should have been preInclude rather than preSimInclude for the legacy configuration job.

NB This merge request only updates an ART script, so will have no effect on the CI output.
