ElectronEfficiencyCorrection: Update map file with updated trigger SF

Filip Nechansky requested to merge ATLAS-EGamma/athena:master-new-map-trigger-sf into master

New map file adds new SFs for single el triggers and Loose ID+Iso and updates files for the same trigger and Tight ID+Iso.

Updated relevant test with new values.
