Alignment corrections from ASCII file for Monte Carlo sample.

After a request from the MCP identification WP group ([1] slide 4) we extend the way the A lines are read in case of a local ASCII file (apart from the standard database lookup, which should work out of the box if a special alignment tag for MC is provided), when alignment corrections are needed for MC samples.

In the case of local ASCII files, these files should be placed in the shared folder and installed in the build area using atlas_install_runtime in the CMakeLists.txt file, while the as build folders are switched off. An extra branch with this functionality is [2].
