Fix pT in applyCorrectionTrkOnly

Luca Martinelli requested to merge lucam/athena:Martinelli_FixPt_applyCorrectionTrkOnly into master

muonObj in L234 m_MuonIntScaleSmearTool->applyCorrection(muonObj); in applyCorrectionTrkOnly should have the pT in GeV as in applyCorrection L172. Changing units from MeV to GeV before applying the Muon pT calibration cc @sangelid
