Temporarily disable FTAG ROC plots in CampaignsARTTests
Following recurring irreproducibilities observed for the FTAG ROC curves plots in the CampaignsARTTests (see ATLSWUPGR-190), those plots are temporarily removed from the dcube comparisons until a fix is deployed.
