Save SiSP track clusters when requested

Sebastien Rettie requested to merge srettie/athena:23.0-srettie-sisp-clusters into 23.0

We need to explicitly add the relevant containers in order to get valid MSOS links; at the moment the links exist when the doStoreSiSPSeededTracks flag is turned on, but what they point to is not saved.
