SUSYTools - recalculate NNJvt also for PHYSLITE

This MR recalculates NNJvt also for PHYSLITE to cope with the fact that in the most recent PHYSLITE productions the NNJvt score wasn't updated (the recalculation is now also only done if the user didn't skip the Jvt calculation in the first place).
