Update DQMD for L1Calo Phase 1, jfex trigger list

Modify the list of phase 1 jet triggers being monitored in the data quality web display. Adding the Phase 1 Simple Cone trigger (L1_SC111-CjJ40), removing the non existent L1_jJ20 trigger, and changing the hist file path from the MET trigger efficiency curves
