Fix PHYSVAL config metadata (ATLSWUPGR-191)

Follow up to !61980 (merged). This is apparently the only derivation format where the createMetadata argument was missing in the config.

Labelling as urgent as it makes Upgrade ART test crash in master (ATLSWUPGR-191)
