Tightened reta M and T thresholds
Tightened road M threshold
Tightened wstot M threshold

ET Thresholds for eEM items:

eEM3 to eEM5: thresholds decreased by 0.5 GeV
eEM7 to eEM24: thresholds decreased by 1 GeV
