Fixed multi-threaded Event Service

The changes include:

  1. AthenaMtesEventLoopMgr

Applied some workarounds for threading issues in Yampl. The class is declared ATLAS_NOT_THREAD_SAFE until the threading problems in Yampl get fixed (will be done in separate MR-s)

  1. CA-based configuration

Added support for the multi-threaded Event Service. The latter can be activated now by passing --athenaopts='--mtes' to the transform
