ATLSWUPGR-192: Prepare Acts for SPOT
This will allow the special ACTS configuration for SPOT as we discussed. In a few words: it schedules both Athena and Acts clustering, Acts space point formation, Acts seeding, Acts CKF and then the Athena Ambi. Res.
To make it work the following command is needed, in which we modify the output collection of the Acts clustering algorithms in order not to collide with the Athena-converted collections (that are required by the Acts CKF since it needs the link to the InDet Cluster)
Added as well a CI Test, running on single muons
