Remove TruthHelper routines from the code

Remove TruthHelper routines from the code

This is needed to make sure the definitions of the types of particles is contained only in the "MagicNumber.h" headers (and TruthUtils/AtlasHepMC). The TruthHelper package should be removed after this MR and !63151 (merged)

Should be merged after !63104 (merged)
