Activate test_MC21_FullG4MT_QS_SQLiteGeoM_ttbar.sh for 23.0 branch (ATLASSIM-6548)

This test will succeed in 23.0 once !63163 (merged) is merged. Previously the test only ran for master, so we did not spot problems straight away when breaking changes were merged into 23.0
