Call TrackFindingTool separately for strips and pixels

  • Call TrackFindingTool once each for strips, then pixels (previously only did pixels).
  • Collect source links beforehand, using ITrackFindingTool::Measurements utility class.
  • move CKF configuration classes from TrackFindingTool.h to .cxx
