TrigNav: Run2 to Run3 navigation converter fixing object comparison

Passing down to NavConverterConfig the list of chains to be processed in conversion and testing. Fixing Run2 and Run3 objects comparison by replacing containers from vector to set. Tracig object addresses. The code has uncommented single chain with an option to comment it and uncomment all chains (chainsFilter).
