DataQualityUtils: Bug ATLASDQ-1070 fixed.

Iurii Bordulev requested to merge ibordule/athena:master-dq-han-output-file-bugfix into master

The bug arised, when getInfo method applied to a path, which has a name like the following pattern '/Config/Config'. In other words - when there is a TDirectoy in root files, that begins with the 'Config' word. This caused a problem, while parsing the 2nd version of hanoutputfile. Now it is solved.
