enable ZDC reco if we have ZDC data in the bytestream
A potential solution to ATLASRECTS-7627.
New flag Reco.EnableZDC auto-configured on the DetectorMask read from ByteStream-metadata. As explained on the jira-ticket, the interpretation of the bit-pattern is a bit ugly.
Disclaimer: Not tested on an input file that actually contains ZDC data.
