Added SenstiveCenterPosPhi to the list of variables to be stored by the Extrapolation engine

The module's center position along the phi axis is also included in the extrapolation engine output.

The objective of this change is to allow users producing misalignments with the InDetAlignGenAlgs/scripts/CreateMisalignmentITk.py to monitor and eventually plot the position of the modules along the phi axis.
