Externals Update, master branch (2023.05.26.)
Updated all projects to atlasexternals-2.0.155. The one change wrt. atlasexternals-2.0.154 (atlasexternals@2.0.154...2.0.155) is the one discussed in atlasexternals!1010 (merged).
As agreed at previous LIM meetings between ATLAS, SFT and LHCb, we will be calling Alma Linux 9 and compatible OS-es as el9 in our software. This update makes sure that AtlasLCG would look for an LCG release with el9 in its platform name and AtlasCMake would call the build as el9 by default on Alma Linux 9 and compatible systems.
Note that because our current software identifies such builds as centos9 instead, we are tracking in ATLINFR-4942 how to adapt to this new naming in our nightlies.
