L1Topo jXE hemisphere fix, key names change and setting BW sim

  • Updating the keys used to read the L1Calo jFEX containers so that TOBs are filled properly
  • Changing the L1TopoSim ReadHandle names to bring them inline with the container names
  • Updating L1TopoSimulation to run using BW simulation as default
  • Changing the default flag to stop outputting the inputdump.txt unless specified.
