Fixed to ZDC analysis tool to skip empty events, and to ZdcRecConfig to choose better default for Run 3

1. Analysis tool messages moved to DEBUG to avoid noise in log files
2. Analysis tool skips events with empty module containers (which was not the case for the cosmic tests)
3. ZdcRecConfig.py now uses LHCf2022 for Run 3 -- the "default" clearly does not work. Awaiting testing scripts for Run 2
