adjust HeavyIonRec tests

Removing test from HIRecConfig/CMakeLists.txt; the same was done in rel. 23 but it wasn't correctly propagated to master due to merge conflict.

The test is redundant - everything is covered by tests in HIJetRec ("HIJet" and "HIegamma") and in HIGlobal ("HIGlobal"; adjusting name to be more consistent with others)
