Unlike the tests in ISF, test_RUN3_AtlasG4_QS_ttbar_MT.sh did show a difference when running the canonical 50 events with and without the ZeroLifetimePositioner when quasi-stable particle simulation is enabled.

This merge request adds the ZeroLifetimePositioner configuration to the CA-based configuration of G4AtlasAlg.
