AFP DCSCalculator2 - TDAQ extension using pBeast

Adds the capability to read pBeast and assign defects accordingly. The pBeast access requires dependencies missing in Athena environment, therefore, the required environment is set in ExecuteDCSC2.py, which is used to run the Calculator centrally.
