Draft: Adding helper functions to assist alignment tests
Add a few explicit functions to the MM/sTGC readout elements to facilitate navigation to the multilayer (or "chamber") coordinate system. This coordinate system is not exposed anywhere, however, it is where alignment corrections are applied. Therefore, it is useful for people running alignment tests.
