Updating ONNX model info output script

Merged Nilotpal Kakati requested to merge nkakati/athena:nilotpal-ftag into 23.0
  • Now, in addition to the optional metadata printout, it also printouts the model input and output node details in a nice tabular form

  • I also renamed the file, since it prints more than just the metadata now
