Draft: Disable PRW for Run 4 PHYSLITE
In order to get PHYSLITE running for Run 4 samples, we need to identify some reasonable baseline for all object sequences. This will imply disabling or using some dummy calibrations as a starting point, until Run 4 recommendations become available.
This MR disables the PRW sequence for Run 4 config. The ConfigFlags variable is also renamed as flags to follow general CA conventions.
