TriggerMenuMT: handle HypoTool generators returning CA for legacy
Follow up to !63378 (merged). In case of a HypoTool generator that returns a CA, merge the CA also in the legacy menu to avoid having to do this in the generator itself.
Had to re-order some imports to avoid circular dependencies.
