[PileupMT] Process all subevents at once

Beojan Stanislaus requested to merge bstanisl/athena:pileup-mt-allsubevtsatonce into master

Process all sub-events together in PileupMTAlg. It turns out many (all) tools can avoid an unnecessary copy in this mode, but it isn't necessarily still supported for all tools.
