updating gFEX gJ, gLJ with eta range, replacing thresholds, updating/adding L1 items.

This changes the way the thresholds are set for gJ and gLJ items. They now use the same functions as jFEX jets already. Tagging @mark and @khoo for the changes to Thresholds.py
