AthenaPoolCnvSvc: Update PHYSLITE AutoFlush to 500 events (same as PHYS)

This is an outcome of @cmarcon's work on the ROOT parameter optimizations for PHYS and PHYSLITE. You can find her CHEP 2023 presentation here. Anyhow, it's more of a fine-tuning and now PHYSLITE is in-sync w/ PHYS.
