Updated the WebDisplay configuration for the ID DQ Alignment Plots

Per Daniel Conny Johansson requested to merge perj/athena:ID_WD_Alignment_update into 23.0

Removed some not used Trigger aware plots, added some new plots, and replaced a algorithm not working with GatherData for now.
