Updating MET Trigger Monitoring for nnmet and partly reverting to L1XE50 plots

Holly Pacey requested to merge hpacey/athena:METMon_0623 into 23.0
  • Add monitoring plots for higher threshold nnmet chain (primary candidate) and existing primary/backup chains for both L1XE50 and L1XE55
  • move nnmet distributions from Expert to Shifter folder
  • move Presel plots back from L1XE>55 GeV to L1XE>50 GeV.
