Further updates in CSV dumper

Marcus Vinicius Gonzalez Rodrigues requested to merge mvgonzal/athena:CSV_updates_MoveDict into master

This MR is inline with !63818 (merged) and related to EFTRACK-63. It moves the dictionary with variables to a common place so it can be accessed by other scripts. TrackParticle information were also added as requested. Extra protection was added to the Dumper script.
