Update CaloRec to allow usage of calib hit moments.

When we migrated Caloric to CA it seems there was no option to use calibration hit moments. This MR adds this, which is off by default given most MC samples do not have calibration hits (and neither does data). I allow all uncommented out moments in the existing function (which was not called by Caloric) to be used + one used by MLTreeMaker for ntuple production for CP studies. Should not affect any CI workflows. Tagging @mswiatlo (not sure Jessica has a git account?)
