Set inheritance information for TrackMeasurementValidation.
requested to merge goetz/athena:22.0_add_inheritance_information_for_TrackMeasurementValidation into 22.0
The inheritance information is need to allow using a xAOD::TrackValidationMeasurement container in expressions passed to the ExpressionParser.
This is used by the luminosity determination based on PixelCluster counting.
